SHIPPING TIME FRAMES AND TERMS

 

-The customer will be notified when the product is ready to ship, because we work with made to order products, the time to produce the order may vary.

 

-All products are made to order; you will be notified with the estimated time to craft your order. When the product is ready to ship, you will be notified with the information.

 

-Transport costs are paid by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.

 

-General shipping and production times:

Production: 7-14 days

Shipping: EU 3-7 days, Outside EU: 7-14 days

 

 

CANCELATION, RETURN POLICY AND REPAIRS

 

-There is a 14 day return policy on all products. We will not accept any products that have been damaged or customized. When returning a product the return costs are for the customer.

 

-When returning products, you agree to send the product in undamaged, unused state and with the original packaging.

 

-The customer must examine the product provided by 0.hide as soon as possible

-Products that are customized or custom-made specifically for a client, can not be returned. 

 

REPAIR SERVICE

 

-0.hide provides a free repair service with all product within 6 months.

 

-When you think your item needs to be repaired, send clear pictures and explanation about the damage. We decide if the product indeed needs to be repaired and are in our rights to refuse a repair.

 

-Shipping is paid by the customer.

 

 

GUARANTEE

 

-The warrenty relating to products only applies to defects caused by faulty manufacture, construction or material.The warranty does not apply in the event of normal wear and tear and damage resulting from accidents, changes made to the product, negligence or improper use by the customer, or when the cause of the defect cannot clearly be established.

 

-0.hide can’t be held accountable for any damage done by:

 

1. Damage done by the delivery service.

2. Usage for other purposes than for wich the product is intended according to abjective standard

 

-All products are made by hand so there is a possibility that some details won’t match with the pictures on the website.

 

-Small details can be changed over time, we always strive to offer the best possible quality.

-Leather is a living product meaning that every hide is different. Therefore, The same material can look different on every piece.

 

-The leathers used are selected carefully with the highest attention for animal/environmental friendly qualities.
